This might be you if…
You love pets
You light up around animals and treat every dog like it's your own. The best part of the day is the dogs.
You engage like family
We're the backup family for our guests — and for each other. You show up, you pitch in, you have your team's back.
You take pride in owning the hard work to make animals' days great
Pet boarding is hard, physical, unglamorous work — cleaning rooms, flushing drains, keeping yards spotless. You own that work because you know it's what makes every dog's day great.
Our vision and values resonate
Tech-enabled, transparent, safety-obsessed pet care. If that's the kind of place you want to build, you'll fit right in.
The values we hire for
- Extended Family
- Radical Transparency
- Safety Is An Obsession
- Extreme Accountability
- Stage Ready
The work, honestly
It's hands-on and physical — lots of dog time, lots of cleaning, lots of photos. A typical day means:
- Supervise group play like a lifeguard on duty — read the room, keep every dog safe, and grow into a master of dog behavior
- Be the engager of each dog's happiness and the journaler of their day — real play, daily photos, and updates families love
- Document feedings and medications with hospital-level care, then verify every report so nothing slips
- Run the day on technology — computers and apps for check-ins, reports, photos, and counts
- Manage the yards and grounds — plenty of outdoor work in every season: rake, fill holes, pull weeds, walk the trail
- Keep the space spotless — deep-clean and spot-clean rooms, mop floors, scrub and flush drains, run laundry
If this all sounds great, you likely are our kind of person.
